1. No Mechanical Responsibility

FleetForm does not guarantee:

• Mechanical condition

• Compliance with transportation regulations

All responsibility for vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs remains with the fleet owner, business, or operator.

2. Reporting Does Not Equal Repair

Issue reports submitted through FleetForm:

• Do not confirm the severity or accuracy of a problem

• Should not replace professional mechanical evaluation

A reported issue does not mean a vehicle is safe or unsafe to operate.

3. Driver & Operator Responsibility

Drivers and employees are responsible for:

• Operating vehicles safely

• Following company safety policies

• Reporting urgent or dangerous issues immediately outside the app if necessary

FleetForm is not responsible for accidents, injuries, breakdowns, or damages resulting from vehicle use.

4. No Liability for Loss or Damage

FleetForm is not liable for:

• Vehicle damage

• Mechanical failure

• Workplace injuries

• Downtime or lost business

• Legal claims related to vehicle operation

• Costs related to repairs or maintenance

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

5. No Guarantee of Report Accuracy or Timing

FleetForm does not guarantee:

• That reported issues will be reviewed in time

• That all issues will be noticed or resolved

• That submitted information is accurate or complete

Businesses must maintain their own safety procedures outside of the platform.

6. Emergency Situations

FleetForm is not an emergency response system.
If a vehicle poses immediate danger:

• Stop using the vehicle immediately

• Follow company safety procedures

• Contact emergency or roadside services if required

7. Compliance Responsibility

FleetForm does not ensure compliance with:

• DOT / MOT / Ministry of Transportation laws

• Workplace safety regulations

• Fleet inspection requirements
